  • What are your rental rates?

    Rates vary by day and time. Monday-Thursday and Sunday are $100/hour, Friday-Saturday weddings start at $750, with a 3-hour minimum booking required.
  • Is parking available?

    Yes, there's a flat parking lot behind our building with alleyway access for mobility issues, plus a parking ramp on the same block for easy guest access.
  • Do you offer wedding packages?

    Yes, our wedding packages include up to 15 guest tables, banquet tables, linens in ivory or black, elevated stage, and two professional bartenders for bar service.
  • What deposit is required?

    We require 50% of venue rental as a non-refundable deposit upon booking, with the remaining 100% due 90 days prior to your event.

    Absolutely! We offer high-speed internet, projection services, and seating for up to 150 attendees with limited breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu options available.
