Space Rental Pricing

All rental packages come with audio/microphone, tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, stage, set up and tear down of items rented, garbage services, and restroom maintenance. Additional set up time can be coordinated with owners. Rentals require a three (3) hour minimum to book.

Wedding Pricing

All wedding venue rentals include tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, with setup and teardown of all rented items, garbage services, and restroom maintenance provided. You’ll also receive up to 15 guest tables, two 8-foot banquet tables, 15 standard linens and 2 banquet linens in ivory or black, and use of our elevated stage. Two professional bartenders are included for bar service, and additional setup time can be coordinated with the owners.

$150/ hr with 1 hour minimum

At the request of the host or at LC’s Venue’s discretion, a third Bartender can be requested for a fee of $250.



Event Planner – $100 per hr. Over initial contact with caterer, florist, and entertainment.
